The Streets
In the populated part of Nimbus, not all people have the same ammount of money as the wealthy factory owners. People live on the streets, their Pokemon with them, their only comfort is battling passing trainers for food money. Pokemon also seem to thrive in the streets, due to the dirty nature of the entire town.
